Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your non-personalized orders and an additional 4-6 business days for all personalized ones. Expect an email within 24 hours of shipment to let you know your order is on the way.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping on certain products to the continental US, see prices at checkout. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:


We offer international shipping to most countries.  Availability and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WhiskeyMade is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for non-personalized items, and if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  For more info on returns, click here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@whiskeymade.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
